Dr. Katherine Yau - Dr. Yau has served as an Founding Director of Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 1983. She is one of the first generation harpists in Hong Kong and has been actively involved in different community services, including as the Director of the Moral Education Concern Group
Stephen Chan - Stephen has obtained ATCL Recital in Solo Piano from Trinity College London and began his obsession with the harp since 2006. He is a law student at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prior to that, he has worked in a field of Product Management and Strategy for IT companies.He holds a BBA (Hons) degree and a MSc degree in Information Systems Management. He is also a member of Beta Gama Sigma
Cleo Chau - Cleo is a Certified Public Accountant and has worked in the field of Auditing for multinational companies. She first came across the harp in early 2007, and has since devoted herself to harp music and bringing out its embracing quality to the community. Cleo serves as a Treasurer for FOTH
Adeline Ching - Adeline is the Founder of the Hong Kong Harp Festival. Her professional background is Corporate Strategy and Development. Adeline was invited as one of the key-note speakers at the Asia Pacific Economic Co-operation Summit (Beijing) in 2001. Her early schoolhood was taught by many dedicated teachers at Our Lady's College in Kowloon. Adeline is also an MBA graduate from INSEAD, France
Michelle Chow - Michelle is a corporate and commercial lawyer working for one of Asia's leading law firms. Prior to that, she was an in-house Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for one of the largest private charitable foundations in Hong Kong. She started learning the harp and became a keen supporter of charitable harp activities soon after the HarpFest 2006. Her desire to have a work-life balance creates a strong bond between her and her harp music.
Wai-Sum Leong - Wai-Sum is a commercial litigation lawyer. Before joining the legal profession in Hong Kong, she worked in New York as an investment banker and in London as a strategy consultant. Her appreciation of music was nurtured very early on by her mother and which she later studied formally while attending the University of Pennsylvania. Wai-Sum has an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School and holds an MBA degree from INSEAD
Vivian Li - Vivian had worked for major multinational corporations in the area of Strategic Planning and Marketing. Her love of music was nurtured with passion by her school - St. Paul's Co-educational College (SPCC). In addition to her extensive involvement in FOTH, Vivian is an active committee member of SPCC Alumni Choir. Vivian holds an MBA degree from the University of Sydney, Australian Graduate School of Management
Diana Wong - Diana is one of the first-generation harpists in Hong Kong. The HarpFest rekindled her passion in the beautiful instrument and she couldn't stop loving it. Apart from her legislative work and church ministry, she has her hands full with her two young children. Diana obtained her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Massachusetts Institue of Technology
Joanne Yow - Joanne has worked in the fields of Accounting, Advertising, Airlines and Design before retiring to become a full-time mother. She followed her mother's footstep to learn the harp when she was in her teens and now, two of her daughters (aged 5 and 7) share the same passion for harp music. Joanne serves in a number of public roles, including as a Director of Zonta Club of Hong Kong II. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard University Kiki Yung - Kiki has worked for a popular radio station and a leading bank in Hong Kong in a marketing capacity. She is now an Advertising & Promotions Consultant. As an amateur harpist, Kiki brings a high level of enthusiasm and marketing expertise to help building FOTH charity's communications capability |
